Occasionally I read books not directly related to education. This winter break I read, Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents, How Bad Do You Want It, Greenlights, and now I am in the middle of Bravey. I am fascinated by the power of story. It is not just the ability to link together a narrative with a beginning, middle, and end that fascinates me about storytelling. The reason I keep coming back to storytelling is the desire to hear what everyone’s signature story is. What is an individual’s story that becomes an intriguing, authentic, narrative with their own strategic mantra? We are all crafting and curating our signature stories. I hope you find 2021 filled with many narrative possibilities!
