run like a bravey, sleep like a baby
dream like crazy, replace can’t with maybe
through sunny & shady
--by Alexi Pappas
I should be reading about Grounded Theory to better inform the methodology of my dissertation. I should read Diane Sweeney’s new ebook: Moves for Virtual Coaching. Instead, I read Alexi Pappas's book Bravey. I am filled with gratitude for her wisdom and essence are now shared with so many. She tells a powerfully vulnerable story of mental illness, Olympic success with failure, ivy league challenges, body image struggles, and staying a learner through it all. I effusively recommend it for any teacher, spouse, athlete, sibling, or parent.
